PROTEC series dough dividers; It is an automatic dough dividing rounding machine that works on the hydraulic pressure principle. In this machine, which has a specially designed front chamber, the dough is pressed into the piston gaps as gently as possible and transferred to the dough rolling unit after a short rest. Electronically or mechanically adjustable hydraulic pressure, creates an even and shear pressure at varying dough consistencies, regardless of the set weight and dough level. According to the slipping pressure may allocate different product groups separately. Thus, a great weight accuracy and product sensitivity is provided for hard and soft dough.
